Gibran Registe-Charles is a Ex investment banker, who has worked at Rothchilds and Morgan Stanley and recently finished a commission at the European Parliament in the Economic and Monetary affairs committee. Gibran has now built a wealth-tech start up Cap:ratio tackling financial exclusion in the BMEA and underserved working poor community, trying to help lower incomes gain a foothold in saving and investing.

Nadia has more than 20 years of emerging markets debt and equity investment experience, and more than a decade of experience investing in and working across Africa. She believes passionately in the power of debt finance to unlock sustainable growth and has first-hand experience of the transformation that occurs in a society when SMEs gain adequate access to finance. Prior to her role as CEO at CreditEnable, Nadia managed an USD1.75 billion emerging markets private equity and project finance investment vehicle with financing from IFC, Citibank, ICICI, IDFC, ADB. She established and co-managed an USD 8 billion investment and financing Joint Venture with Tata Power in India and was a Director at Nestlé. Nadia holds a BSFS from Georgetown University, and a MIA from Columbia University.

Timo is the managing director for Futurice in London, and responsible for developing the team and driving growth in the UK. He leads a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers and business consultants delivering work for clients including Ford, Moneycorp and Plan International. Over the last 13 years at Futurice Timo has worked with 100s of clients, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to implement business strategy when it comes up against real world opportunities and obstacles. He has been part of the core team building Futurice from a 20 person Finnish startup to a global consultancy of over 500 people – doing this has meant creating and nurturing a unique company culture that thrives on transparency and trust.
