She is the founder of successful diversity consultancy Business Inclusivity, which operates as a social enterprise, and founder and CEO of Umbrella, providing technology-enabled tools and services to empower businesses to improve diversity and inclusion. She is a highly skilled leader with 20 years of experience, including at board level. She holds a BA, two MAs, and a PhD in Postcolonial Feminist Theory, and is currently an Exec MBA student at Cranfield University.

As a part of the Finverity, an invoice trading finance platform powered by blockchain, Anna built MVP & tech team from scratch, brought in liquidity funding and initiated engagement of global largest food retails clients.
Advised on a strategic vision for enhancement of the UK-Ukraine business relations with a particular focus on the digital economy and sustainability. Her latest project is the first smart ecological, BREEAM certified award winning office development in Ukraine.
