Yang is the CEO of JustWears - the direct-to-consumer sustainable brand for high performance men's essential wear. She led the business to launch on Kickstarter and within 30days it became the most backed apparel campaign in the UK. Since then, they sell to over 73 countries across the world.
Yang is also the director of SheWorx London, a global collective of female entrepreneurs where she helps bridge the connection between fundraising and venture capitalists. Pior to JustWears, she worked for 500Startup, the world largest seed fund and accelerator. She operated the post-seed stage accelerating growth program called Distro Dojo in London. Before that, she was founding member of BeTwine, the very first wearable startup in China and backed by Foxcornn.
