He recently finished a commission at the European Parliament in the Economic and Monetary affairs committee. Gibran has now built a wealth-tech startup Cap:Ratio tackling financial exclusion in the BMEA and underserved working poor community, trying to help lower incomes gain a foothold in saving and investing.
